Synchronaut - Fog of war dissolve prototyping

Here's an older gif; back when I was prototyping some Fog Of War for a game! Done entirely with shader graph, it was quite the ordeal to get working with multiple sources. I do really like how it came out in the end, though I think I would prefer a more 'soft' entrance to the pink bits. it was a wonderful learning experience! I think next time I'd end up doing this with an intersection shader and a sphere, rather than the shadergraph I used here.

As you can see, it also supported many customizations, such as colour, depth, distance and animation speed!
